How vetting works
Institutions commission people they can rely on. This page sets out exactly what PASIDA checks before an Associate can be put forward — and what verification does not claim.
What we check
Identity
Government identification confirmed against the application record.
Credentials
Stated qualifications verified with the awarding institution where possible.
References
Two professional referees contacted directly about scope and quality of delivery.
Experience review
Selected assignments reviewed by a PASIDA reviewer with relevant sector knowledge.
Conflict disclosure
Declared affiliations recorded and surfaced when relevant to an assignment.
Renewal
Profiles reviewed every 24 months, or when a substantive change is reported.
Verification levels
Credential & reference verified
All six checks completed. Eligible for client-facing placement.
Credential verified
Identity and qualifications confirmed; reference checks in progress.
Verification in progress
Application accepted; profile visible with an explicit in-review label.
What the badge does not mean
- It is not a guarantee of performance on any specific assignment.
- It is not an accreditation, licence or professional certification.
- It does not transfer to work undertaken outside a PASIDA engagement.
- It does not imply PASIDA authorship of the Associate's independent work.
