Governance & ethics
A network is only as valuable as the standards it holds. These are ours, stated plainly enough to be held to.
Editorial independence
Published research and Insights are not subject to client or funder approval. Funders are disclosed on every output; they do not review findings before publication.
Conflict of interest
Authors, reviewers and Associates disclose funding, employment and advisory relationships relevant to a topic. Disclosures appear on the output itself, not in a buried register.
Peer and editorial review
Insights receive editorial review for accuracy, sourcing and tone. Think Tank outputs additionally receive review by at least one subject specialist outside the author team.
Sources and evidence
Claims are sourced. Where data is contested or unavailable, the output says so rather than filling the gap with confident language.
Corrections
Substantive errors are corrected on the page with a dated correction note. Silent edits to published conclusions are not permitted.
Data protection
Personal data collected through forms is used only to process the enquiry or application. Associate contact details are never published or sold; client enquiries route through PASIDA.
Use of AI
AI tools may assist with drafting or translation. Every published claim is verified by a named human author, and AI is never a substitute for authorship or attribution.
Attribution and ownership
Authors retain credit for their work. PASIDA publishes under open licences by default and states any exception explicitly.
Raising a concern
Complaints about a publication, an Associate or an engagement go to the editorial director and are acknowledged within five working days. Where a conflict involves the secretariat, the Advisory Board handles the matter directly.
